Upload of footage trouble

Today I went back after school to give the music video a run-through checking that it was final to put on the internet. When I arrived, Adam also came with me for the start of the session and then left due to other commitments. Firstly we watched it through and saw no faults and so when he left I proceeded to upload it onto YouTube. However, it wasn't that easy.

Due to the fact that the project was relying on my phone to play, whenever I unplugged it, the image "missing camera" showed up on certain clips. I tried to upload it with my phone plugged in, however when I did this, the message came up saying that it couldn't if it were relying on my phone.

To work around this I decided to upload my footage onto the Mac and save it on the desktop however when I tried to reimport this media, the folder wasn't able to locate in Final Cut Pro X.

Tomorrow I will ask the computer technician to help locate these files and hopefully the upload to YouTube will be successful.
